About Me

I am available for Communication Design Projects

Hi — I’m Clive Makumbe, a multidisciplinary communication designer who loves turning complex evidence and policy into clear, beautiful stories that decision-makers, practitioners and the public actually read. I design reader-friendly reports, data-driven animations, websites and campaign assets that lift technical work out of PDFs and into the spotlight — whether for UN teams, NGOs or profit initiatives. I believe great communication starts with real people: I map audiences, test layouts, and prototype quickly so that every page, graphic and clip earns attention and trust. What I bring to your project: Fast, evidence-led design that improves skim-readability and accessibility for policy audiences. Story-first visuals: animated explainer and data visualisation workflows that translate findings into action. Campaign and editorial chops from running a regional news/advocacy outlet and winning awards for nonprofit media. A technical toolbox: Adobe suite, video editing, CMS design, and certifications in SEO, digital marketing and data-driven animation from World renowned universities and IT companies.
